In this paper I have provided the analysis
of the positive aspects of language diversity, use of English as a lingua
franca, and recommendations for more effective communication in international
positions. The positive aspects demonstrated throughout the paper are by no
means the only aspects regarding language diversity and using English as a
lingua franca. However, compared to other research done previously discussing
negatively about language diversity in international business, there are more
opportunities to continue expanding the positive aspects instead. Companies will
continue to develop their presence internationally and hence, working towards
incorporating diversity into their workplace, they will mostly consider
language diversity as well.  Also, English
will continue to be used as the international business tool to communicate
across cultures but with the encouragement of language diversity, if managed
effectively, should help companies and its employees to grow and be widely
recognized as a valuable resource.
