Graduate the level of employers’ satisfaction. This criteria for

Graduate employability is of multi-dimensional nature. It is a
collection of skills and abilities that graduates can acquire to succeed in
obtaining employment (Guilbert 2016)in (Chen, 2017) .Therefore students  all over the world before their graduation should
carefully consider their career planning in order to comply with the demands of
the industry(Wang
& Tsai, 2014). Although educators have been trying to lessen
the gap between the skills possessed by the graduates and what industry
requires this has been a serious concern from the beginning as the world is
changing so rapidly and so are the requirements of the probable employers(Lim,
2015).Few studies have
dealt with  the attributes for managing
the employability  of graduates. Employability
skills are important for students as well as for organizations(Wang
& Tsai, 2014).Besides  academic achievements there are other factors
that matter and contribute towards the employability of graduates(Tomlinson
& Tomlinson, 2017).Young generation of any country is consider as
an asset so their employability  has
always been the influential topic for both political and economic debates(Schnell
& Rodríguez, 2017).It is the area of prime focus  as it plays a vital role in determining the
economical condition of any country. Higher educational institutes are being
pressurized for improving the quality of education. Their graduates ‘degree
programs are measured against the employability rates of graduates and the
level of employers’ satisfaction. This criteria for measuring the quality
framework of HE has brought a major change in curriculum as well as pedagogical
practices(Schnell
& Rodríguez, 2017).It is not just the qualification that effects
employment but also the personality of graduates how they represent themselves
and tackle different situations. Also how they analyze things and used their
cognitive abilities.
